Orlando Shutters and Blinds Inc recently completed a Plantation Shutter project on River Branch Cir in Kissimmee, FL. We decided to go with an outside mount Designer Frame style to allow the tilt-in windows to remain operable. We went with a snow white color and a 4.5 inch louver style to really open up those windows and the view. We also finished the shutter with a hidden tilt option, to give the shutter a modern style and clear view.
